What???? That's dumb! Okay whatever floats ya! But I think it's dumb, your so funny and I send people who wouldn't always read your blog to you for giggles and smiles from your fun thoughts!
I would die without your blog! (Not really, but I do really enjoy it.) My email is princessnat@yahoo.com. Kind of embarrassing, but I was in about 7th grade when I made it.
Seriously? Why? I wish you wouldn't..you make so many people happy! I am constantly sending blog stalkers your way! Bummer...but if you do...please count me in! ahalliday5@yahoo.com xoxo
don't forget me... rhhoth@hotmail.com I felt so much better when I went private, especially after hearing all those freaky stories about pervert men that would find blogs and then have races to see if they could find out where the people lived first. But what really sold me was when my friend's ward had a relief society lesson on keeping your family safe and one of the topics was blogs, and they highly reccommended making them private. Anyway, that was really long, sorry! :0)
Nat, Love your pictures below! The one of your whole family is so cute! Anyway, I want in on your blog...katybwass@gmail.com. One thing I try to do is just not put any dates, locations, etc. That way I feel safer, but don't have to go private. Whatever works though. Love ya!
I enjoy popping in on you and commenting but I do understand the private thing. I went incognito and my family all have code names. I have appreciated this aspect more and I feel less invaded. I have contemplated going private as well. I do not wish to leave my email address only because now, anyone reading has access to everyone's private emails. You have my blog address and if anyone wants to go to the trouble to look at my email, I have already made that public via my profile. If you go private, I will send my email to Teri and ask her to forward it to you. You have to do what you feel is best for you and your family. Protect the ones you love.
So Nat, true story. My family looked into going into hiding because lets call him a 'bad' manis going to get out of prison in ten years. The state gave us the proper contacts and we were told that unless we uprooted, never saw family again and all had new names then we could always be found. No one needs a blog to find you, I can find out everything I want to know through little searches on the internet woth your name. So point is while I respect whatever you choose I want you to know there are much more likely avenues and if you follow simple rules of the blog you'd be fine. For instance never use last names or mention the town you live often times just say the mid-west. Never put "Hey we're going to disney land in March" no need to announce when blog it when you return. Don't mention childrens schools. When you print your book go through and add these things. This helps but it's not the cure all. But I will say if someone wants to really know you or find you they will.
BTW E-mail addresses left online give away more info on your location than your blog (If done properly) Good luck in choice making! Oh one more, the church did mention what a great missionary tool a blog is.
I love being able to keep up with people I knew in high school. But I totally understand the going private thing you never know what kind of weirdos are out there! But here is my email: AmberSchenavar@gmail.com
I came to the same conclusion as you, that I wanted a private blog, but I also made a public one to put my not so private thoughts down on. rerah968@hotmail.com
My son went to school with you (Jeremy Jones) and I love stalking around through all the blogs of people he and my other boys knew and finding out how everyone is turning out. I enjoy your blog and would love to be added to your approved list, but if it bugs you to put me on when you don't really know me, that's understandable. skjones13@hotmail.com
