I saw this on Oprah, you make a vision or dream board and it helps you to focus and see your dreams and goals ever day. There are amazing stories of people who have made these boards and their dreams have come to pass, so this morning I was so excited when a headless buff body pulled up in my drive way with none other than my dream car, that is right, I admit it, at this point in my life that car is a souped up mini van! (the buff, headless body is on my board, I had to be careful in choosing the body that I would dream about, and am thinking maybe I should move the body away from the temple, I just want to be in shape)

This is a great idea and I have heard before that cutting an image out of a magazine of your ideal body is supposed to keep a person motivated and disclipined. Oprah has some great tips, I need to start watching her show more often. It's been a while.
That is awesome! I need one, I have a picture of Johnny Depp on my wall above my computer, does that count as a dream board?
I hope it's okay if I have a really big board , I dream a lot!
Great idea. My mom puts her dream body on her fridge to remind her what she is shooting for.
Hey maybe I should make a life-size copy of my "dream body" and tape it to my mirror...with just enough room for my face to show through. That might get me whistling a happy tune in the morning!
Then again...I wouldn't be able to tell if my pants made me look fat.

Nat- That's so funny about your headless fantasic body - oh oh, now that I'm thinking more about it you better not have a headless one - does that mean you'll be walking around with a sweet body and no head, or could it be symbolic and maybe you'll have your sweet body, but your brain capacity will diminish? If I were you, I'd hurry and put someone's head up there - might as well make it a genius head while you're at it. :D

Fabulous idea. The update this is actually right on your blog. Just og to customize and then add a page element and then blog list. You have to enter everything again which is a pain, but I have really liked it.
I always think that putting a picture of me in my underwear on my refrigerator will help me stay focused. (so far, it hasn't been working....not to mention that its a little embarasing when my husband's friends come over and see the picture. That has actually happened to me) I should switch to your plan and put the hot headless girl.
I watched this opera just yesterday and I think that it is a great idea. I am totally going to do it!! I was trying to explain it all to James last night and he just laughed at me. I am going to make my dreams come true!!
Okay...I never watch Oprah....not cause I don't like her, but because I never have time to watch tv at that time of day. And guess what!? I actually saw this same episode! I thought it was such a great idea! I love your dream board. I've been thinking about what to put on mine....
I love the board idea. I am a doer, though. I think the minute I found my pictures for the dream they would already be coming true. Maybe, I am a just a realist. I should try the body idea. Because of my A personality and OCD habits. If I write it down or put it on the board. It would have to come true! (that or I'd have to change the body figure)
