My niece Sophie!

I can't imagine losing my house in a tornado and than driving across the country the next and having a baby a few days after that. What a year Erin and Wes have had. Sophie was born today, weighing 7lbs.12oz and is 19 inches long. Erin and her are doing good and I can't wait to go and see her!

What a sweetie! Good job Erin! She looks healthy as can be. :) Nat, thanks for watching Milli and Jack all day. I just got home with the girls an hour ago. I'll see you tomorrow. When are you going up to see Erin?

She's so cute. I love the name Sophie! No I didn't forsake the blogging world, just nothing much to say lately. Calorie count is free and it is really helpful because they have a food log where they have a bunch of food that have the calories and it just adds it up for you. Also it has an activity log that you can log what physical activity and how many calories burned. It will tell you how many calories to eat if you want to reach a certain weight for your height. When I was doing it faithfully I started losing weight, but I have a hard time being so disciplined to put in all my calories each day (and some days you don't want to know) There is also a great community there that you can post and discuss different things. Good advice, it's mostly people that are trying to lose weight the healthy way, but there is the occasional obsessed teen that is already skinny and thinks she needs to weigh less. Anyway, I like it, Melissa Barson, well Miller also does it. We both like it. Hope you're doing good, I'll read what I've missed now!

Congrats! I love her cheeks! Just think of the stories she'll be able to tell about her trip in utero!
